Artisan Baking
The motivation to open Flour Power Bakery was simple, JR loves to bake and loves to have people enjoy his food. Creating recipes and experimenting with flavor combinations is fun for him. He also was missing some pastries and breads that no one else was baking. So we started out simple. We baked and took our goodies to local Farm Markets. The response was great, we made lots of friends and as the market season came to an end we wondered what now? So we found this wonderful space in Livingston Manor, New York and now we can bake year round. Please visit us at the shop or in season at the area markets. If you need something special let us know. Everything is made with peace and love.
At Flour Power Bakery we use organic flours, organic sugars, local farm eggs, organic milk, pure butter, alum free baking powder, and real vanilla. We buy our orchard fruits and berries in season at the Farmers Markets and make every effort to use the finest ingredients available.
